Basic grocery list

BREAKFAST
100 calorie English muffins or light wheat
100 calorie bagel thins
Walmart frozen turkey sausage patties
Weightwatcher cream cheese
Qauker outs cinnamon apple oatmeal
Special k red berries cereal
Eggs
Weight Watchers Mexican blend cheese
Kraft or Bordon singles (made w/2% that way they are only 1 pt)
Egg Beaters (however very expensive, you can just as easily use 1 egg for 2 points and use 1 egg white for 0 points to make it more filling)
Oreida hash brown patties
turkey bacon (any turkey bacon brand is fine, however I find this brand to be the least calories and fat, look for brand at home)
Fiber One (muffins, or pancakes)
Hungry Jack pancakes (can have 3 for 4 pts)
Ego Frozen Fiber Plus Waffles

LUNCH

Light Multi Grain nickels bread
Oscar Myer lunch meat (its 97% or more fat free kind)
Honey Suckle White lunch meat
Jiffy reduced fat peanut butter
Smuckers low sugar strawberry jelly or flavor or your preference (depending on calorie/serving size low sugar might be same point intake as sugar free)
Smuckers sugar free strawberry jelly (sugar free is 0 points)
Light Progresso soup (any kind however points differ)
Campbells soup at hand (chicken and stars or o’s seem to be lowest point, but anything broth based is usually lower pt, however these all are not that bad pt wise)
Campbells microwaveable bowls (home style chicken noodle, and vegetable beef, I don’t know point intakes of the others)
Mrs. Weiss’s soup (chicken flavor, old fashion noodle soup)
Frozen soups (cant remember brand name, there are in freezer section)
Any home made soup ( ingredients needed varies)
(frozen favorites can be good lunch choices to for convenience, example veggie corn dogs)

DINNER
Smart taste spaghetti noodles/whole wheat lasagna noodles (ingredients to make spaghetti, or lasagna)
Ragu Light sauce
Ortega whole corn grain taco shells
Chi-Chi’s small soft taco shells
Chi-Chi’s taco seasoning (restaurante)
97% lean ground beef (can use this to make multiple things: taco’s, hamburgers with gravy, meatloaf, spaghetti, etc.)
McCormick gravy packets (my favorites are brown gravy and country style)
Lipton Rice (any preference points vary, can also find another brand of your preference)
Bob Evans home style mashed potatoes (4 pts for ½ cup but so worth it lol J )
Hillshire Farm turkey smoked sausage, or turkey Kielbasa (smoked sausage I find is less points)
Honey Suckle White Turkey sausage (honey suckle white is always a good turkey product choice, they make a lot of turkey stuff)
Honey Suckle White Sweet Italian Sausage, or Hot Sausage
Bob Evans sausage rolls (these are good for sausages, or to make sub sandwiches, or mini pizza’s for lunch or dinner)
Marc’s small individual pizza’s (find in dairy isle at marc’s)
Daisy light sour cream
Potatoes (potatoes can be used to make many things, but a micro waved baked potato can be very versatile, and very easy and quick to make, and portable)
Salad ( pre-made salad, or lettuce is good for tacos, salads, sandwiches, etc)
Wishbone Spritzers (spray dressing, your choice)
(frozen favorites can be good dinner choices to for convenience, example veggie corn dogs or chicken patty with some giant eagle brand French fries)

SNACKS

Dip (can use for chips, veggies, pretzels, etc. I make with hidden Valley dip mix packet and daisy light sour cream)
South Beach protein bars (or any granola bar of your choice)
Nabisco 100 calorie snack packs (any kind/your preference)
Weight Watcher snacks, or other brand 100 calorie cupcakes
Weight Watchers cheese sticks (or any light/reduced fat brand)
Jolly Time weight watcher approved popcorn
Dan-Dee midget pretzels
Pringles (any light/reduced fat choice)
Weight Watcher yogurt (good for snacks, and to add to any lunch)
Nabisco Reduced Fat Peanut Butter and cheese crackers (not the lowest points, but no real high either)
Herb crackers (put laughing cow cheese on)
Hormel turkey Pepperoni slices
Pretzel Time Soft Pretzel w/ Fritto Lay cheese (also in frozen favorites, must have products)
Snack Pack/JELLO brand fat free/light/sugar free pudding, or jello (flavor of your choice, also can eat for dessert, or add to lunch)

DESSERTS

Popsicles (juice, low point kind)
Skinny Cow products (your choice)
Sherbert Push-Up Pops (not sure if correct names, they usually Scooby Doo or some type of cartoon characters on them)
Sherbert (flavor of your choice)
Ruggles or Pierre’s Light ice cream (flavor of your choice, points may vary)
Weight Watcher snacks desserts or other brand 100 calorie cupcakes/desserts
Snack Pack/JELLO brand fat free/light/sugar free pudding, or jello (also can put light cool whip or redi whip)
Individual short cakes (giant eagle brand, or other brand, I put smooshed strawberries with light redi whip on it, also with light vanilla ice cream sometimes)

FROZEN FAVORITES
Boca veggie chicken patties
Morning Star veggie corn dogs
Morning Star veggie burger (original)
Pretzel Time soft pretzel
DiRusso’s Turkey Italian sausage
DiRusso’s Turkey Meatballs (so far I have only found these at Sam’s club)
Giant Eagle Brand fries (regular)
Peirogies (Potato and chedder)
Smart Ones frozen meals (any kind/ your preference)
Lean Cuisine (any kind/ your preference)
Lean Frozen dinners (any generic brand)
MUST HAVE PRODUCTS

Spray butter (can’t believe its not butter or parkay spray, either one)
Lando Lakes light butter (spreadable butter in the container)
Fritto Lay mild cheddar cheese dip
Walmart brand reduced fat parmesan cheese (lowest point brand I have found, use for salads, roasted cauliflower, pasta’s, etc)
Won Ton wrappers (can use to make pot stickers/dumplings, or little perogies, also can make own won ton soup)
