Cream of wheat w/sugar free syrup!
Maybe I'll add some granola to my yugurt... sometimes I'll add blueberries :)p.s. yes these are actual pictures from my breakfast this morning!!
Remember....
3 T cream of wheat, with 1 1/4 cup of Almond milk...
for a total of 5 ww points (add 1 more point if you're using skim milk), and then add some sure-free syrup as a sweetener! :)
On the side of my cream of wheat, I'll do about 3/4 cup of Dannon's Light & Fit yogurt for 2 ww points, and then I might add strawberries, blueberries, and/or granola :)
