Let’s do Breakfast!

Here are some ideas for breakfast:
Sausage Patties
Great Value Turkey Breakfast Patties!! Each patty contains only 90 calories, 6 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 30 mg cholesterol, 360 mg sodium, 105 mg potassium, 0 grams carbohydrates, 0 grams dietary fiber, 0 grams sugars and a nice healthy 9 grams of protein. They also provide 4% of the daily amount of iron and 2% calcium. These are available at WalMart, and only 3 ww points per patty.
Throw this on a bagel thin w/a slice of cheese, and you’ve got breakfast! Maybe a side of yogurt and fruit for an extra treat!

Pancakes

Pancakes!! I’ve found that both Fiber one pancakes and Hungry Jack are pretty much the same in points, however, hungry jack is wayyyyy cheaper!! I love their blueberry wheat the best! You can have 3 (4 inch) pancakes for 4 points. I’ll usually make the whole box when I buy them & freeze them in stacks of 3 or 4 depending on what I’m feeling the day I thaw them. So I put about 4 stacks of 3 or 4 pancakes in a big freezer zip-lock bag, and take out a stack at a time when I’m ready to eat!
Waffles!!!
As Donkey said, "Tonight, I'm makin waffles!"
Eggo Fiber Plus Waffles. The buttermilk waffles are 4 points for 2 waffles, and the chocolate chip are 5 points for 2 (and sooo worth it!!)
Syrup you ask?
The best tasting sugar free syrup is
Mrs. Butterworth’s!! It’s perfectly think & tastes awesome! 1/3 cup for 1 ww point!
-->Don’t forget about your spray butter!
Cream of Wheat
3 T plus 1 & ¼ cup milk cooked on the stove makes a generous amount! 5 ww points if made with 2 % milk, less if made w/almond milk. Brown sugar on top?... well, okay.. but you’ll get the same effect w/syrup on top & it’s less points!
English muffins!
Thomas’s also make LIGHT English muffins!! Add sauage, egg & cheese for a delicious sandwich, or just butter or jam for something light.
