DiRusso Turkey Italian Sausage
I introduce you to my FAVORITE food item!! These Di Russo's Sausages are turkey sausages, and only 3 ww points!! You can do soooo much w/them!! Grind them up and eat them w/eggs for breakfast. Cook them as they are, throw a bun on and some sauteed onions & peppers as a sausage sandwich. Or grind them up and use them as the meat in your spaghetti as a healthier option rather than hamburger meat!
Spray butter!
0 points! Use on top of pancakes, waffles, for grilled cheese, and so much more!!
Cheese slices
Any cheese slices you can find made w/2% milk are generally 1 ww point per slice. You can use the weight watchers slices to discourage anyone else from using your cheese that might be dipping into your fridge, or just go w/an off brand.
Bagel thins
Thomas’s bagel thins are only 3 ww points, and they come in: plain, everything, whole wheat, and cinnamon raisin. There’s so much you can do w/them!! Breakfast? Add sausage, egg & cheese for a delicious bagel sandwich. Lunch? Add meat, cheese & veggies! Dinner? Add a hamburger or chicken, cheese, and veggies!
Mayonnaise
I use Hellman’s Light Mayo. 2 T is 1 ww point!
I've tried way too many fat-free ranch dressings, and light. This is the BEST! You can't tell a difference. Love Walmart!! :)
Reduced Fat Parm Cheese
Almond Milk
Almond milk is so much better tasting than soy! I like the vanilla kind the best! Plus, you can use it when making Malt-o-meal, and you don't have to add any vanilla! I wouldn't drink it plain though. Just over cereal (use just what you need, otherwise you can really taste it), and in anything that calls for milk. You'll come to realize that milk is really bad for you which blows. Have a half carton of Skim milk, for those moments you just really want a glass of milk, but otherwise, use Almond milk if you can.Ice Cream Sandwiches
Weight watchers has these amazing ice cream sandwiches in tons of flavors:
Vanilla
Mint
Chocolate
Strawberry shortcake
& Peanut butter
4 Points each!! You should always have these in your freezer.
