Now STOP! . . . that's all you need :)


Next, I want you to weigh yourself first thing tomorrow morning, write it down as your starting weight. Also, get in a bikini and have your bestie take pictures of you from all angles! ok... sometimes pictures aren't necessary, but come on... you can use them later as motivational tools if you're feeling low and they'll remind you where you started versus where you are currently:)
